Example of sufficient causality?

Def: If X, then Y. Y can occur seperatly. Sufficient is not necissary condition. So if X happens, Y is a cascade effect of X and will ALWAYS happen if X happens.

What's an example?

The NECESSARY condition MUST be there. However, NECESSARY is not always SUFFICIENT.

I believe an example would be...

In order to receive a college degree it is NECESSARY to obtain a diploma. But that is not SUFFICIENT. You must also take the proper courses and pass them as well - so these are the sufficient conditions.
